After a career spanning management consulting across Africa and Latin America with Bain & Co and working as a corporate strategist in the airline industry in Latin America, Jason founded Edge Growth, Edge Growth Corporate Advisory, Edge Fund Management with the Vumela fund and more recently the start-up called 10X-entrepreneur. The Scale the Google Way Lab will take place online, split over ten sessions of three hours each.
These are intensive, practical, and interactive sessions designed specifically for small groups. The focus is on the implementation of OKR’s into your business therefore you will be working on your business throughout the ten-week process. Engagement and participation are critical to getting maximum value from the lab.
